Louis Pasteur(France) was a chemist and a microbiologist. He is one of the founders of medical microbiology. Fermentation was discovered by Louis Pasteur in 1857. Pasteur began to examine why alcohol becomes contaminated with undesirable substances during fermentation. He soon demonstrated that each type of fermentation is linked to the existence of a specific microorganisms. This insight is the basis of microbiology. Louise's Pasteur not only discovered microorganisms that cause fermentation and disease but also developed vaccines against Anthrax and Rabies. While buying milk, you must have heard of Pasteurised milk. This is because Pasteur's discovery has been immortalised on a day-to-day basis in pasteurised milk-named in his honour.
Hope it helps!
Louis Pasteur, one of the greatest benefactors of humanity was the first person to see that bacteria cause diseases. He was a scientist who associated an animal disease with a microorganism. Pasteur solved the mysteries of rabies, anthrax, chicken cholera, and silkworm diseases. He is also contributed to the development of the first vaccine. He described the basis of fermentation, wine-making using pasteurization and brewing of beer. Pasteur’s work gave way to many branches of science, making him responsible for some of the most theoretical concepts and practical applications of modern day science. Before his discoveries, many had believed in the widely accepted myth of spontaneous generation. Pasteur founded microbiology
hope you mark it as brainlest
2:-he duscoverd vaccine of cholera ,chiken pox etc
sorry but this is the ans (mark it as

Louis Pasteur discovered fermentation in 1857
Louis pasteur was a very famous scientist he introduced the method of pasteurisation in which he told that microorganisms can be killed by boiling anything you want to get in a pure form at a very high tempreature.
Pasteur's scientific and medical accomplishments include cure for rabies, anthrax, chicken cholera, and silkworm diseases. He also contributed towards developing the first vaccines and provided logical grounds for fermentation and brewing. ... 1862 to 1877 (Pasteur as a biologist) 1877 to 1887 (Pasteur as a microbiologist)
