Due to the enormous development of the science and technology ,we are now living a modern and efficient lifestyle.
But there are many bad effects of this modern lifestyle.
1) Polluted environment which is causing different types of diseases.
2) Unhealthy food habits and other unhealthy daily routine habits, which is ruining our health.
3) The less amount of vegetation in our surroundings is also causing different types of diseases.
And many more.
Hence, they encounter illness, disability and even death. Problems like metabolic diseases, joint and skeletal problems, cardio-vascular diseases, hypertension, overweight, violence and so on, can be caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. The relationship of lifestyle and health should be highly considered.
