Volcano is the rupture on the crest of a planetry mass object such as earth which allows hot lava.earth volcanoes occur because the earths crest is broken into 17 major,rigid tectonic plates,that float on a hotter,softer layer in the earths mantle.hence the volcanoes in the earth are found in the place where tectonic plates are diverging.volcanoes are the awesome manifestations of the fiery power contained in the deep within the earth.
